Was able to get talk to a manager and he showed me the seperate areas they make gluten free v traditional. The areas are enclosed rooms with sealed doors. The GF room is about 50 feet away from the Traditional room. These are the rooms where they make all their products like dough and pasta. And all this is made in the basement of the greenwood location, which also provides for their downtown location
