when i mentioned i had celiac disease our waitress mentioned that she did too!! i was nervous coming here but that eased my anxiety. she helped me figure out the online interactive allergy menu, and made sure my fries all came from the gf fryer. they offer gluten free buns but i just got a lettuce wrap. fry sauce is not gluten free which was sad but she brought me mayo and ketchup. food came out marked with a purple pin- waitress mentioned they have purple pins, purple gloves, and purple knives and equipment to remind them while prepping food! burgers are made on the same grill but she stated they clean the grill well when things are ordered gf. i had no issues afterwords!!

Hamburger buns taste really good. Can't tell the difference between regular fries & gluten-free fries, which is good. Waiters, cooks & staff very knowledgeable about celiac disease.

Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
They have multiple fryers, make sure you ask which fryer your fries came from
Went here for a birthday for a normal person, thinking I'd be as safe as i could be simce the reviews were good for allergies here. Upon arrival I asked our server about their fries if they had a dedicated fryer he told me yes and told me he would make sure to remind the cooks to change gloves and be extra careful as well since it was an allergy. I was overjoyed, ordered my burger with a gf bun. Our server brought out 4 baskets of fries said our food will be out shortly. Great, I'm starving and haven't had fries in forever. I'm not gonna lie, I ate a basket to myself, there was 5 of us total -- me being the only celiac. Our food comes out and everyone's had fries but mine and he's like there's still a few minutes on your allergy fries. I was like what do you mean you said you had a dedicated fryer. He's like we do but we also have a regular fryer and that's what all the fries have been. I was like I just ate these because you said the fries had a dedicated fryer NOT 2 separate fryers! What am I supposed to do now, I should have known it was too good to be true. His response was do you want 2 orders of the allergy fries? No I only wanted the gluten I free fries from the gluten free fryer. Now my stomach hates me, yay for tonight. That being said the food was amazing, just be careful which fries you eat.

Our Order got mixed up and they brought out the wrong order. We sent it back and the gluten free burger they brought out wasn’t the correct burger and they had added crispy onions to it and said it was gluten free.
Our server didn’t understand at all about gluten free and the same with the kitchen. That the kitchen added the crispy onions to a gluten free order shows they don’t know or care about the allergy that the table let them know about.
Wouldn’t recommend.

This was my first visit out in a month since my diagnosis. I was very uncomfortable and nervous going into it but my waitress was very accommodating and assuring. As a plus, the burger was on hit, just like it was before my dietary change. I can’t wait until I can justify going back!

I was very pleased with Red Robin and their service. They have an interactive online menu that allows you to select the allergens and then eliminates options that are unsafe. Everyone I spoke to was able to answer my questions and they marked my food as gluten free.

Man, I am SO happy! The host knew a little bit about precautions, but the server knew a lot. They both knew that they have a dedicated fryer for allergies. Because of the pandemic, all the menus are online. The gluten free one is separate, like you check which allergen you can’t have and it will list the safe foods. A little clunky but very effective. We got the artichoke dip with tortilla chips. I double checked and they said the chips are fried in a separate fryer, that the whole appetizer is gluten free. Then I got the guacamole bacon burger with a gluten free bun. I was hesitant to do the bun instead of a lettuce wrap because I was afraid it would be dry and unpleasant, but the bun turned out amazing. I would’ve had no idea that it was gluten free. It was beautiful. And the fries came out marked with a purple pick so everyone knew they were mine, made in the special fryer. Everything was so delicious, and I am so happy with the precautions they took. I will definitely eat here again!

When I mentioned I had celiacs they provided me with an allergen menu online. The manage came over and talked me through the process. They also have a dedicated fryer
Yes
We've had good service and knowledgeable wait staff at this location. Burgers can be served on gf buns, and they have a dedicated fryer.
Yes
Hostess had no clue what a gluten free menu was. Our waiter didn't know anything about gluten. I asked to speak to the manager who brought out a tablet that had the gluten free menu on it. The staff needs some serious training.
No
While I did not get sick eating here, the staff was poorly trained. I asked if they had a separate menu for GF as there was nothing on the regular menu, I was told they only had a gf menu online but any bun could be substituted. I spent 10 minutes ignoring my party as I frantically and unsuccessfully searched for an online menu. I gave up and ordered a salad. Not impressed.

It's great that the corporation has a vision on how to serve us with celiac. But this location is AWFUL!!
When we sat down I asked for the GF menu and the host curtly said "it's all online"
Well that would be great if they didn't have a cement building. Couldn't get the website to pull up. Server kindly pulled it up on her phone.
I ordered a double burger wrapped in lettuce withe Mayo, tomatoes and onions.
The plate had a piece of lettuce on it and two small patties. NOTHING ELSE. And I asked where the tomatoes, onion and Mayo were?
Even my husband said it looked awful.
Terrible service.
The person serving my food said "we have GF buns" I told her that their GF buns taste awful - and she said "well you do have a disease". And I said "That is why I asked my burger to be wrapped in lettuce.
Thanks for reminding me I have a disease- I don't think about it EVERY HOUR OF THE DAY.
Yes
They have slipped backwards. No GF menus in the restaurant. Waiter completely clueless on gluten needs and unable to help or counsel what gluten free options are available. Unsafe place and they don't care about GF needs.

I’ve been here multiple times and their burgers are always amazing. I haven’t had a better burger, and I have been trying to make a burger like Red Robin for years, and have never made it so good. Would highly recommend the reds double, they have separate fryers and gluten free buns.
