Had a GF shake shack. They suggest that you tell the team your allergens instead of just adding a GF bun using the automated POS

Only the bun on the burger was gf, not the rest of it. Stay away if you have celiac

The burger was delicious. It came on a GF bun. Sadly, can’t have the fries because of the fryer used. The staff was extremely helpful. Excited to return here in the future.
Most Shake Shack locations offer gluten-free buns for burgers. A lettuce wrap is also an option.
My go to guilty pleasure!! They have allergy protocols in place and are always very nice and accommodating
The staff was very conscious about preparing the meal:) they even had their own protocol for allergies! Also the shakes are AMAZING!!!

Great food. They have gluten free buns. The woman who took our order made sure to note that we had a food allergy. The black and white shake was awesome. I will go back.

Gluten allergy stickers were used but didn’t amount to much, girlfriend got glutened and became very unwell on a cross-Atlantic flight. We were told there was a separate fryer for fries but suspect there was not…

I ordered at the kiosk. It wouldn’t read the chips on any of my credit or debit cards. I tried the card that pays by tapping. Still didn’t work. I tried to flag down one of the multiple workers standing around in the back to no avail. I walked out hungry.

Very sensitive to cross contamination and have never had issues here! Wish I could eat the fries (no dedicated fryer) but the burgers are solid.
