I get so excited to be able to eat a pankcake! Got one gluten free blueberry pancake (theyre pretty big) and a side of bacon. Delish! Menu isn't marked, but I asked the waitress. Most things have a gluten free option. Wish I had a Snooze back home.

Server knew about gluten allergies. No GF menu but they can make about anything GF except the loco moco, crab cake eggs Benedict, and one of the pancakes. Latte was delicious. Service was a little slow. I ordered the monte cristo and it was not exactly as described probably due to the GF bread. Didn’t get sick.

I had a great breakfast here. My only complaint is that the menu is huge and nothing is labeled, so you have to just ask your server what can be made GF. I got the sense that the majority of the menu can be made GF, though. Would recommend.

We had the best experience here while visiting Denver. We went two mornings in a row because my son loved the gluten free pancakes so much. Our server, Mike, was very knowledgeable on their procedures and we felt very comfortable eating here. Would highly recommend!

Excellent service. Amazing food. Most items can be made GF. Items marked when they come out. Kitchen takes all precautions for celiacs (change gloves, clean grill, etc). The best GF pancakes. My husband tried them (he’s not celiac) and said , “they don’t taste gluten-free.” I had the pancake flight…3 different flavors. All very unique (& sweet). Also had the maple pepper bacon. It was heavy on the maple and very light on pepper. I would’ve preferred more pepper, but that’s just a personal preference. Still tasted great.

Great food. They take gluten free seriously. Separate cooking area. Gf toast. Plates have the GF flag. 2 celiac guests were fine 2 days in a row. Must try!

I eat here very often and ensure everyone handling my order knows I have celiacs. They are very good at providing me bread toasted in a pan and pancakes cooked separately. Sadly not dedicated, so there is a risk. They mark pancakes with a glutenfree toothpick; less "risky" items do not come out marked but I check with the food runner to confirm.

OMG. I have not had such good pancakes in a long time! My delivery order arrived with the pancakes labeled as gluten free, removing that moment of “This is too good to be gluten free. Did they make a mistake?” Highly recommend!

This place is not safe for a Celiac. I was going to eat here but called ahead to check on safety measures. Spoke with a manager, who stated:
1) Flour is readily used in the kitchen.
2) There is no dedicated GF kitchen, including lack of toaster or fryer.
3) All food is made on shared equipment, and any tools cleaned cannot be guaranteed safe against cross contamination (and she said no extra measure is taken to prevent it).
Yes, almost all meals can be "modified" to be "gluten friendly/free" as other reviewers stated, but they neglect to clarify that these modifications still come in contact with guaranteed cross-contamination within the kitchen.
I was frankly surprised more so at the other Celiac reviews, that the precaution wasn't taken to vet a location and provide critical feedback for other Celiacs. Cross contamination is an extremely important item to verify. I just don't get it.
This location is absolutely not safe to eat at unless you "choose" to be GF for non health-safety reasons.

We stopped here on our first morning of a quick get away to Denver on recommendation of a friend and this app! Did not disappoint in any way! As others have mentioned, almost the entire menu is or can be modified to be gluten free and the staff is very knowledgeable. We were seated at the bar on a busy Sunday morning, which gives you a little pause when you have to ask all the Celiac questions, but our server was amazing and grabbed a dry erase to mark off the things (like all 3 of them) that I couldn’t eat. I ended up going with the traditional Eggs Benedict and they were superb! Cleaned my plate superb. Don’t hesitate if you are considering going here, you won’t regret it!

Excellent breakfast food, and the gluten-free blueberry pancake was delicious. They were aware of gluten free precautions and could make almost any item on the menu gluten-free.

Omg. This place is absolutely incredible. The staff is very knowledgeable and super accommodating. I had the hash brown bowl and it was INCREDIBLE. 10/10 would go again.

This restaurant chain is amazing for gluten-free options. Essentially, almost all of the menu is gluten-free except for, notably, the vegan pancakes. I had a sampler of three pancakes, and it was yummy! No ill effects whatsoever.

I've eaten at Snooze a number of times without issues, but I was glutened big time today. Staff are knowledgable and my pancakes came with a little gf flag. This was a reminder to me that, despite their best intentions, the possibility of cross-contamination can be low but never zero, which is why their menu calls these items gluten friendly, or some such, instead of gluten free. Today was very busy, which I suspect had something to do with it.

They no longer mark their menu with gluten free options. The server also informed me they dip bread for gluten free and regular french toast I the same batter. So lots of cross contamination issues. We ended up leaving without eating.

Almost all of the pancakes can be made gluten free. I had the Blueberry Delight pancakes and they were so good! When they arrived, they were clearly marked with a wooden stick that said “Gluten Free.”
