Had an allergen guide clearly visible on ordering, which mentioned wheat (but not gluten) - however despite being super busy they got the ice cream ingredients from the back for me to look at. The waffles/cones unfortunately are not safe but you can get the soft serve in a cup with the same fillings (4 filling choices, I believe all are safe) and toppings as you would if you got the cones. They have an “allergy” button in their system and the worker preparing mine changed their gloves and focused solely on my ice cream until it was in my hands. I wouldn’t call it super safe just because they’re constantly making waffles and cones and it’s a somewhat small space, but as far as soft serve goes it’s uncommon flavours and gluten-free friendly.
