The staff were knowledgeable about which foods were safe for me to eat, and every bit was delicious! They were also able to accommodate my dairy-free and vegetarian friends.

Got the greek salad and no issues with the food after but I asked for no pita and they put it there anyways. It wasn’t a big deal as it was wedged on the side and I just didn’t eat near it but that’s my only complaint. Nice quiet clean and air conditioned which was great on a muggy day! And I loved my cup - I took it home. 🤣

My wife and I ordered gluten free with no pita, but were both served with pita bread.

Celiac, first time eating here. Asked if they could accommodate and the server immediately confirmed the dish I wanted would be safe and told me she would ask the kitchen staff to change their gloves before preparing my food (without me asking for that). Would recommend!

I had the Mediterranean salad with a chicken kabob. Tasted wonderful and no problems with gluten. Skip the pita bread. I’m gluten free by necessity but not celiac.

A lot of menu items are marked GF, and the modifications needed to make an item GF are obvious (ie, no pita bread). I had the grilled tilapia feast with basmati rice (comes with Greek salad, no pita if you ask for GF, and basmati rice or potatoes). The pita bread was toasted/warmed in its own separate area. This area was on the left of/right next to the grill, but the grill was a little taller. I watched what they did with the pita bread while I waited in line since I am very sensitive to cross-contamination. When I was there, the pita bread was never passed over the grill, and it always came from the left (not grill area) and was placed back to the left after being warmed. I am Celiac, and I did not have any issues after eating here. Definitely will return soon!

Taziki’s has an allergy menu online where you can select your allergies and it will tell you what you can eat. I had chicken lemon soup and red potatoes and grilled veggies. Everything was really good and really flavorful. Very similar to a Zoe’s Kitchen. I liked it and didn’t get sick.

Yesterday, May 27, 2024 I stopped in because I have celiac disease and have to eat gluten-free. I've been to a different Taziki's in Texas so I knew that this was a safe place to eat. They have a marked menu.
I ordered the most expensive item on the individual meal menu - the $15.99 + tax chargrilled lamb "build your own feast" without the pita bread.
After paying, I was told that they were going to sub gyro meat because they were out of chargrilled lamb. Gyro meat isn't even on the menu for a plate, but a gyro by itself is $11.99 and I paid $15.99. These are not comparable priced menu items.
The amount of gyro meat was chintzy for what I paid and I felt cheated. They also didn't include any Greek peppers, cucumber or olives on the salad or tzatziki sauce with my meal.
No refund or extra potatoes to make up for the big price discrepancy were offered. I used my water cup to get a single cup of unsweetened tea to-go because I paid for it in the more expensive meal that I paid for but didn't receive.
This location needs more training on what to do if they're out of the most expensive items after the customer has already paid.

Gluten free items market on menus. Need to make the staff understand that they need to change their gloves to avoid cross contamination.
I have eaten at many locations with out issues

I wasn't expecting to feel compelled to write such a good review on a chain, but this location is great. I don't feel super comfortable eating anywhere in this area and the food I've gotten at this tazikis on two occasions was both delicious and I felt safe - the staff was very friendly and answered my many questions about allergens (gluten dairy soy) and I was able to eat well, tasty food and didn't get sick. they were very patient and I was really impressed. this location was waaaaaaayyyy better than one that I've eaten at in knoxville.

Great! This is a fast casual style place. The items that can be made gluten free are marked on the menu, so make sure to say, "Gluten free, please!" when ordering. I got the Mediterranean salad with no pita chips and added salmon. I've also had the seasonal (?) falafel, which is vegan and gluten free! It was all really good. The staff is really nice, too. :)
