This was such a wonderful experience! The reviews here were great so we went to go check it out. Upon arrival, we let the hostess know that I have an “allergy” so they let us go and look/talk to the chef before paying (wow). The head chef actually personally came out and told me his story as well as walked me around the whole buffet indicating everything I could/couldn’t eat—there were only a couple of things I could not have (donuts, waffles/pancakes, pizza, croutons…that sort of stuff, and he explained that he could not confirm on the sausage because the manufacturers would not disclose to him so he said to avoid those)! He was knowledgeable about celiacs and told me all about their process so I felt confident eating! We filled up on breakfast food but I will be back for some carrot cake!
