Review of The Pfunky Griddle

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They have dedicated grills and spatulas for celiac and were very clear on cross contamination. My kids loved the GF pancakes. To me they were a little wooden and inconsistent, one batch thin and one batch thicker batter.

However the experience was fantastic and my kid usually feels so left out of fun restaurants it was worth it to me. Toppings were abundant and delicious.
