Had a GF curry here that was tasty and had no symptoms. Staff is well educated although acknowledges the kitchen isn’t GF. Overall though, they do take appropriate measures to prevent cross contamination and I would eat here again.

Excellent experience - waiter flagged the manager for our gluten allergy. Manager took our order and put a sticker on the table that said gluten free. When food came out it was handled by the manager and indicated that it was gluten free. GF menu is available online and they can do kids dishes gf too.

So happy to have a healthy tasty option in an airport! I had the koyo bowl with salmon and it was delicious. Manager came to take my order, supervise its preparation and deliver it so GF takes a little longer.

Super cool. Allergy orders can be taken only by the manager and the manager personally prepares your food. There are starters, desserts and main courses all in gluten free. Vegan & GF options available.

They have a gluten free menu (a bit small and mostly fish based) and as soon as you tell them that you are celiac, a dedicated member of the staff will take you order. Celiac friendly, very tasty.

Ask for the non-gluten menu. Ramen and garlic chili edamame were great.
Breakfast was delicious. They just need to supply gf sausage and toast to make a 9.5/10 meal.

Damn good job; seems that they personally train managers about allergies and they personally attend to your order.

Wagamama offers a detailed allergen list with the specific instructions for them to make an item safe. when you order, the kitchen will specifically clean their tools and workspace before preparing your order. Your options will be a bit limited, but you can get rice bowls, curries, ramen (with rice noodles), etc.

My daughter loved her meal and it was safe and prepared in separate kitchen area. Staff were helpful and happy to answer any questions. Coeliac safe. And delicious!

Always love a Wagamama. Manager took order. Felt very safe as usual. They've got new menu items not at other Wagas which was nice to try.

We are a family of 5 with 2 children who are Coeliac who can’t eat gluten.
It’s been a while since we have tried a Wagamama. The experience used to be far from perfect. When we would be handed a great big folder and had to work out what was safe.
Things have changed for the better. They had a no Gluten menu with a wide range of sides, mains and deserts. You can view the menu online. There is a range of curries, noodles and ramens.
The manager took our order and made sure we stayed safe throughout and the experience was excellent.
When the kids didn’t like one of their drinks (personal taste) it was taken away, replaced with one they did and taken off the bill without asking.
Our daughter wanted a kids meal but in an adult portion. No problem. We ordered 2 and they combined them on the plate.
They ran out of gluten-free chicken and cooked some more fresh for a ramen which meant we had to wait a little longer. An apology and they took it off the menu again without asking. They didn’t need to but it will mean we are way more likely to return.
Thanks to Pedro and team! Wagamamas is back on the list of restaurants we like to go to.
