Wendy's doesn't have a ton of gluten-free options- particularly if you're celiac- but what it has is fine. Chili, baked potatoes, and frosties are all gluten-free, and the way they are prepared presents low to no risk of cross-contamination even if the staff doesn't take any direct steps. I frequently get all three from this location, and haven't had any issues. Salads are trickier; I've not gotten one from from Wendy's, but it seems possible to order them in such a way that they'd be GF.
There are no GF sandwich options. Don't bother.

Keep it simple. Burger patty with toppings. Get a mayo packet. Baked potato. You’re good to go

Horrible experience with rude employees. We were told they couldn’t verbally say what could be prepared gluten free or not. They said they could provide an allergen guide but would not answer any questions about how the food was prepared. Example: we asked if the fries were fried in the same fried as the chicken.

I just found out the chilli is gluten and dairy free! So are the salads, as they are made fresh. The general manager was very knowledgeable and helpful here!

According to their website, Wendy’s offers bunless burgers and they claim their chili is gluten free as well as their fries & Frosty’s. I have eaten all of it with no issues.
