My salmon and loaded baked potato were incredible. However, it took an hour to get our food. I don’t know if that’s a fluke or no.
Also, it is so hard to navigate the allergen menu. It would be nice if they could label on menu.

Notify waitress about allergies and gf, "ask chef to prevent cross contamination". I ask for specific meals specify specifics: no onions no garlic no soy no eggs (anything I can't have can't be on the grill. My meal is: Broiled Trout with no seasoning, or snow crab, baked plain potato (no butter, only canola oil on the side), orange slices on the side. No salad

We have always gone to Red Lobster for my dad's birthday and this time was the 1st time I couldn't eat gluten. Our server was knowledgeable and anything he was unsure about he was willing to find out for me. Red Lobster also has an interactive online menu with potential allergens in there most common dishes, which I had looked through ahead of time. Of course with most non-dedicated establishments, they state there's always a risk for cross- contamination. I got a special of garlic butter crab legs that come on a bed of crispy potatoes. I also got a side salad w/ ranch and the server assured me that that there would be no croutons on my salad. Everything tasted great and I had no symptoms.

I asked our waiter multiple questions about gluten free options and cross contamination. He gave me their nutritional binder that stated what was gluten free. I ordered a side salad and asked for no croutons. It came out with croutons so I told them I needed a new salad - they removed the croutons and gave me the same salad back. I told them again I needed a new salad cause of the bread crumbs. By the third time they had it corrected. I ordered shrimp, lobster, and scallops and told them to hold any orzo rice. My plate came out with several orzo rice grains on it. They were great about me ordering and looking through their nutrition binder but AWFUL about cross contamination!

This is my kids favorite place to eat. They have an allergen menu and IF your server indicates an allergy, the food comes out seperately. I have had very mixed results on if the server will actually mark it as an allergy (even when I have explicitly asked them to do so). We've gone several times (again, kids favorite place to eat...) and I would say I've only had the food come out seperately twice (and once, only half of it).
We also keep getting the same server, and they seem pretty annoyed by my questions (me), so the experience may be different with a more accommodating server.

Not celaic safe. Ordered grilled shrimp, steamed crab, broccoli and coleslaw and said gluten free was required (even specified cealic) and they served the shrimp over a orzo.
We requested it be remade, again specified gluten free and asked them to make sure it was remade and not just put onto a new plate without the orzo.
They brought a new order a bit later and my wife started eating because it looked okay. After eating a bit she picked up a peice of brocoli and underneath it was orzo clearly indicating they just moved everything to a new plate... She picked up one of the grilled shrimp skewers and stuck to the bottom of it was more orzo... She got sick.
We asked for her meal to be removed from the bill and the manager belittled us saying we should have known the grilled items come on top of orzo (the menu did not indicate that) and that we should have told the server of the allergy (we did multiple times).
Would not recommend. The staff has no idea what they're doing and the management is incompetent.

Will update if things change, but so far so good! They have a highly detailed allergen notebook that lists what is safe for numerous allergies. No signs of sickness yet and it was delicious!

I asked the server if there was any gf options (there was) she gave me a separate menu which listed different allergens, so i ordered a fish plate. I was worried about cross contamination but the manager assured me they 'clean' the grills and stuff. Anyways i was not even halfway through my meal when i started to feel sick. I stayed sick for about a week. Needless to say this place is not safe to eat at!

Food was so gross. Told the waiter I had an allergy, they gave me a binder with the list of allergens. Ordered a gluten free entree. My plate came out with breaded shrimp and rice/orzo which was not gluten free or what I ordered. They said they would remake it which took about 20 minutes. The food was absolutely disgusting. I will never eat here again. Place was dirty too.

The was one of best experiences I have ever had. From the waiter to the manager. I ordered the Ultimate Feast without the Walter shrimp. I made sure to tell the waiter to please make sure the cook knew my plate needed to be gluten free. When it came out it did have the rice on it that was not gluten free. The waiter immediately took the plate back and made sure the cooks knew it was wrong. They remade the whole plate. The manager came out and apologized for their mistake. They double checked their list for gluten free foods and it showed it contained gluten. We check it with the list online that said the rice was gluten free. She said she would email them to let them know the online list was wrong. They took responsibility for the mistake and said they were sorry. The manager was very worried about me getting sick. It is very rare to have a restaurant to do all that they did to make me feel and be safe. If you have Celiac and go to Las Vegas, I highly recommend this Red Lobster.

Be careful. They have an allergy menu that list options for items that don’t have gluten in the ingredients. But the food preparation isn’t considered. Example - the fries are prepared in a shared fryer but listed as gluten free. I asked the waitress and she checked/ verified this for me. She was good and helpful.

I went with the pick two dinner and had double shrimp scampi with steamed broccoli (I was told the broccoli is steamed in an unopened bag) and mashed potatoes. I went with my family. When I told the waitress that I had celiac they took it very seriously. This isn't my first time here. I've went multiple times and haven't had a problem. They provide a booklet showing what each item has in it. Such as wheat, gluten, dairy, nuts, etc. They also told the cooks I had celiac and even came back and double checked to make sure the butter was safe so they could cook my Salmon with it. I definitely would recommend.

No separate GF menu, no markings on the menu, but there is a separate binder that gives you detailed, nutrition and safety information binder to review individual dishes. If you choose carefully, that is grilled proteins, as well as vegetables and salads, You can have a fine meal here.

My daughter went to the deer park red lobster with her cousin on 3/5/2023 Sunday evening. My daughter has celiac and she asked the waiter for gluten free menu. She ordered a cocktail shrimp and a salad without croutons. She double checked with the waiter to make sure do not put croutons inside her salad because she has “gluten allergy”. However when the waiter put the salad on the table and there were crotons inside the salad. My daughter asked the waiter to replace it so she can safely eat her salad. The waiter was “nice” and took the salad back. After 5 min and he came back with a new salad without croutons. My daughter felt suspicious for some reason so she didn’t eat the salad. Her cousin ate the whole salad, but guess what she found when she almost finished her salad? Few pieces of croutons at the bottom of the salad! So I assume the waiter took the salad with croutons to the back and took out the croutons with his hands and gave the salad back to my daughter! This waiter has no professional ethics. He could make someone has allergy super sick! I strongly feel this must was not his first time do this and he also is not the only waiter does this. This is horrible business and Red Lobster needs to train their employees! I’m happy that my daughter didn’t eat it, otherwise today she could end up on bathroom floor or hospital!

Upon request for a gluten free menu, the manager brought me the complete allergy guide and made sure I knew how to read and understand it. Not a lot of options, but there is lobster of course salmon, fish, and steak. Sides include potatoes, fries, broccoli, etc. I did notice grilled chicken tenders on the kids menu, I'm quite sure they would allow an adult to get those also. Most of the things that you can get with lobster, lobster tacos, lobster loaded potato etc are not gluten free, I assume due to the creamy sauce the lobster is mixed with. While I am sure there is cross contamination since there is nothing about a separate fryer, I feel safe because they are aware, but for a celiac I would avoid all fried foods

Terrible, they have “gluten free” menu but they don’t put forth any effort to keep food from cross contamination, they don’t even carry the gluten free noodles. Ordered shrimp scampi, twice. First time it was great food but if I’m not on meds for diet I would be hating and having a gluten attack where my hands elbows, knees and face breakout with sores. Second time they just didn’t give me any noodles. Wouldn’t have ordered it the 2nd time, but we had a nice long conversation about making sure there’s no gluten. It’s a “FAIL”!!!

No gluten free menu, handed a to go binder and had to go through every column and page to find safe items.
I was offered stuffed mushrooms and mozzarella sticks and given biscuits ------are they GF? No? Then why are you asking me or putting it in front of me???
Food came out and mine was wrong but I had seen it was safe on the list, the server said it wasn't because she knew for sure that it had breadcrumbs! She then went and had my correct order made.

My wait staff was personally very knowledgeable, directed me away from items with unexpected gluten. Mashed potatoes are glutinous, some cream sauces are glutinous. I had the shrimp cocktail, garlic shrimp skewers, baked potato with cheese/sour cream/chives/butter toppings, and the house salad with ranch, no croutons. I had no effects from it, and that includes my server asking the chef to be careful with my food. She even brought it out separately from the rest of the table’s order. It was so nice to have someone volunteer to be more careful with my food than I would have requested.

I told the server I have Celiac and explained that it’s essentially a severe allergy to gluten. I ordered crab legs, a baked potato’s and side salad. She brought the salad with croutons, so I asked if she told them I had a gluten allergy. She responded “I didn’t know.” She clearly wasn’t listening at all. Then the cook himself came out and said I can’t eat anything other than green beans or broccoli because potato’s are gluten. They know nothing about Celiac or gluten, nor do they care to even listen to their customers speak. OTHER locations have been great, this one- sucks.

The manager came to our table to answer my questions about gluten-free options. I don't like seafood but was there for a family member as part of a gift that evening, so I specifically asked if there were any gluten-free steak or salad options. Instead of simply answering my question, the manager kept talking about seafood options. So I repeated my question. "Do you have any salad options? Can I just get a chicken salad of some kind?" After repeating the question several times, I finally got a confirmation that they could make me a gluten-free salad. They kept asking if I was sure I didn't want anything else, and I confirmed that a salad was great and all I wanted (not once did I complain about it; I acknowledged that I was planning on having a salad anyway, so it was fine). Instead of just leaving it at that, however, the manager said, "You probably should've gone to Texas Roadhouse" and walked away. Such an incredibly rude thing to say, but don't worry. I won't be back. Thanks for not contaminating me, but maybe don't tell your customers to go elsewhere in future.
