I'm glad they have GF pizzas but only limited. I wish they offered more like pasta or any appetizers. I was able to order the lettuce wraps with chicken and the sauce on the side! A bit bland but it works! It's true, the GF pizza needs improvement. I ordered the BBQ chicken pizza but no cheeses since I can't do dairy.
The servers seemed to understand my need for proper handling and I did order one of the 4 GF pizzas they offer, although you can request another kind made GF but there may be more risk of cross contamination. I tried the margarita and was less than thrilled with the very bland crust. Probably would be better with another flavor, like the BBQ Chicken. Not the best pizza, but okay. Crispy edges tasted better than the softer middle. So far I feel fine so that's good, no glutening. I might not choose to eat there but if I get dragged there I'll know I can eat something.
Yes
They cross contaminate don't go if you are truly allergic

Went here tonight and the chicken pizza was the best I have had since Coeliacs disease 5 years ago. Thin crispy base, yum. Waiter was knowledgeable and pizza came out with a gf flag on it. Wish I had a place like this in Australia.

This was my first time eating at CPK since my Celiac diagnosis. I was pleased to find a few pizzas with the blue triangle logo, which means the preparation process is validated by the GIG (Gluten Intolerance Group). I ordered the gf bbq chicken pizza, and it came with a gluten free flag in it. It was a thin crust and was unfortunately very burnt (they were extremely busy that night), but I felt fine after eating it and enjoyed the opportunity to eat a fresh pizza for once!
